Featured Listings User Guide

On FounderMart, you can publish co-founder listings for free. You also have the option to promote your published co-founder listings and upgrade them to Featured listings. But what does this mean?

Featured job listings are co-founder job postings that receive premium placement at the top of search results.

How Featured Listings Work:
  • Priority Placement: Featured listings are ranked at the top of search results, giving them greater visibility.
  • First Come, First Serve: The ranking of featured listings is determined by the chronological order in which they are featured by FounderMart users.
  • Note that Featured listings cannot be disabled or modified until their respective Featured periods have ended.
Example Scenario:
  1. Day 1: Person A boosts their co-founder job listing. Suppose this makes it the top-ranked search result.
  2. Day 2: Person B boosts their co-founder job listing. As a result, Person B's listing will now appear above Person A's listing in the search results.

Continued Visibility: Both listings will remain Featured for the duration that Person A and Person B have paid for.

How to boost Your Listing:
  • Feature now Button: Click the "Feature now" button to upgrade your job listing.
  • Cost: The cost to feature your job listing is just £3 per day.
  • Duration: Use the sliding scale to choose how many days you want your job listing to be featured.
  • Featured Again: You can choose to Feature your listing again after the initial boosted duration has passed.
